Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract with the seller within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To exercise the 14-day return right, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.
To return the product, a withdrawal statement must be submitted no later than 14 days after receiving the product. The withdrawal statement can be sent via email to info@backdek.com or by filling out the form on the website.
The withdrawal statement should include the following information: the name and code of the product being returned, the sales invoice/order confirmation number, the date of receipt of the product, the buyer's name, email address, and contact phone number, the address (where the product was delivered), and the name of the person receiving the refund. If payment was made based on an invoice, the bank account number and account holder's name must also be provided for the refund.
If the product shows signs of use, the seller has the right to reduce the refunded amount based on the decrease in the product's value.
The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the return is due to the fact that the product does not match the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the product has been handed over to the carrier within the specified period. The buyer will be refunded the amount paid for the order (including shipping costs and additional selected charges) once the returned product has reached the seller’s backdek.com warehouse.
